What I am learning while Ghost learns.

What frontier models are genuinely extraordinary at, what they cannot supply on their own, and why the durable half is a connected record of the company rather than anything inside the model.

Somebody looked at Ghost and called it RAG. They were describing a real mechanism inside it and mistaking that for the product. Here is the line, and here is the part of it I cannot prove yet.

A loop is a shape, and by now everybody has the shape. Run the thing twice. If the second pass knows something the first one did not, you have something worth keeping. If not, you have automation with a nicer diagram.

If the gain arrives for everybody at once, it is not an edge. It is weather. The only line that rises for you alone is the one built out of the times somebody told the machine it was wrong.
